Yet another festive post. I found this adorable little pot at Superdrug from MeMeMe. It’s a double layered pot that has a gorgeous cream eyeshadow in the top and fun glitter on the bottom. It’s perfect to keep in your handbag for when you need to throw on a little glamour for a night out. I smudged on some Rouge Bunny Rouge black eyeliner pencil with it, bronzed up with MAC Eversun blush then glossed my lips with MeMeMe light up lip gloss in Luminous. It takes a few minutes in all, requires minimal effort and provides maximum glamour points! Perfection!!!
I picked up my Jewel Eye Pot from Superdrug for £6.99. It’s a fairly sizeable pot so I don’t think it’s going to run out any time soon!!!
I hope you enjoy the video on how I put the look together. Don’t forget to rate, comment and subscribe as well!

Gosh Holiday Smokey Eyes Palette
Hi,
As you know, I am always looking for ways to look pretty for work whilst on the run due to my inability to remove myself from the cosiness of my covers in the mornings! This eyeshadow quad is brilliant as it not only does that, but it also takes me out at night with a classic smokey eye as well! Hooray!
For every day I just put the soft frey all over and smudge the dark charcoal along the lash line, add mascara and I'm good to go. As you can see from the video, it takes a little longer (about 3 minutes all together) and an eyeliner to get a glamorous smokey eye. Perfection!
The case is a classic, smooth black case that isn't at all embarrassing to pull out in a work bathroom. It also has a terrific mirror that you can use to throw your make up on if you're sitting on the train on the way to work in the mornings! Hooray!
I also really like the holiday glittler liner Gosh brought out with this quad. I put it along the upper and lower lash lines just to add some holiday party sparkle. It's super comparable to Girl Groove glitter liner from the MAC Hello Kitty collection.
I hope you like this!

Metallic Lips Trend - How To
Hi,
Metallic lips have been all over the runways and magazine pages lately and I think it's gorgeous. It also inspired me to try using my MAC Solr Bits with some vaseline to create my own metallic lipgloss without having to go out and buy a new one. It worked so well! I used Scatterays as I love the rose gold tone to it and how it can warm your complexion up. Simply take a little of the Solar Bits on a small dish, a palette or the back of your hand and swirl in some vaseline with the end of a make up brush handle. Voila! Lip gloss! I just slicked it on with my fingers. For top ups you could just pop it into one of the small screw top travel jars you get from Boots, Superdrug or Muji.
I wanted to wear this out for a really lovely dinner I was going to so I teamed it with some MAC Eversun blush to keep the bronzed tones going. I like this blush because I can do a little sculpting with it and it's not too sparkly. It's just right!!! I blended some MAC Vibrant Grape and Bright Future eyeshadows across my lid, took the Vibrant Grape through the crease, outer corner and lower lash line. I then used the Bright Future to brighten my inner corner. I didn't use any eyeliner with this look but did pack on generous amounts of mascara to the top and bottom lashes. It was really quick and I got tons of compliments on my make up as well! Exactly what you need on your way to a super glamorous restaurant!!!
I hope you enjoy watching how I created this and look forward to hearing if you tried it out for yourself.

Taylor Momsen Inspired Rainbow Eyes
Hi,
I saw a picture of Taylor Momsen with gorgeous jewel coloured eyes in Look magazine recently. It was fabulous! It was such a great party look and so glamorous. It was mainly blue eyeshadow though and I find blues really hard to carry off with my skin tone. I decided to recreate it in mainly purples and greens to give it a richer look and warm it up a little. I also added some glitter liner seeing as it is Christmas, afterall! This is a fantastic look for a party or special event. It would look amazing with a killer black dress or a beautiful jewel coloured one as well.
I used my Laura Mercier Metallic eye base in Titanium to give the shadow something to hold on to and add depth. The rest was all using my Beauty UK palette I picked up at Superdrug for under £3! I lined my eyes with my Rouge Bunny Rouge pencil liner and added some green glitter liner on the bottom lash line by 2 True. I love these glitter liners and everything by 2 True us under £2 or three things for £5! More bargains! I love being a bargainista so much!
I hope you enjoy this look!

November Favourites
Hi,
Choosing my November favourites was actually quite tricky! I found I was using my October faves for most of November as well. I do have a few make up bits and pieces that have been my November saviours though.
My Gosh smoky eyes palette has been brilliant for last minute make up in the mornings.I'll post a video very soon on how to make a sophisticated look for every day at the office with it. It's compact and great for throwing in your handbag. In fact, I'm using it today as I've got a dinner tonight and need to put on a nice smoky eye. I have used it for a day look while I'm in the office as well. I only need two brushes with me to create the whole look with it. Perfect! I don't even need a separate eyeliner!
I love 2 True products. They're great products as well as super cheap. If you go to Superdrug you can generally get three items for £5. Yay!!! During November I was using their pink cheek and lip tint a lot. It's a brilliant alternative to Benefit's Posy Tint. I've also been loving their green glitter liner.
My favourite lipsticks and lipliners during November have been my Rimmel ones. I've already done a post on that so I won't bore you with the details again.
I hope you enjoy the video and that you're having a great holiday season!
Kisses,
Rebecca

Light Up Lipglosses
Hi,
A friend of mine wanted to buy some Model Co lipglosses with the light up lid as a gift but couldn't find them anywhere. I had a quick scout around the internet but was pretty sure I had heard a nasty rumour that you can't get their make up in the UK anymore. As an alternative I knew I had seen one in Superdrug.
Any excuse to trot into Superdrug is good enough for me to make a trip! Not only did I find one line of light up lipglosses but I found TWO! Hooray!
The Me Me Me one looks just like the Model Co ones as far as the packaging goes. I do, however, think the silver is going to flake off the lid at some stage. I don't have any hard evidence of this yet, it's just my prediction. The colours are very pretty and neutral. I got Luminous which is a very pretty pink colour. It has a delicious peppermint smell but is very sheer so I need to use something like Gosh's Darling lipstick underneath to take the colour out of my lips.
The Gosh light up gloss has a much sturdier feel to the packaging. The glosses are in jewel colours with loads of glitter in there for extra holiday time fun. I can feel the glitter in there a little so they're not quite as comfy as a Dazzleglass but they're a pretty good dupe. I love the one in 02. It's adorable! It has pretty good staying power, a great brush applicator but no yummy smell or taste.
For more looks at these, check out the video!

Wearable Pink Eyes Using E.L.F Mineral Eyesahdows
Hi,
I love pink, it's so pretty. It can be tricky to wear pink eyes though without looking like you've been rubbing your face with chillis. I came up with a really wearable look that has loads of lovely pink tones through it. I think the trick is to make sure you sweep some soft brown shadow along your lower lash line and to use something like a plum colour along the upper lash line and outer corner.
I'm totally loving my e.l.f mineral eyeshadows. They're so easy to use and pretty pretty pretty. For this look I used:
You can get your e.l.f goodies at http://www.eyeslipsface.co.uk/
I hope you like this look!
